Birthday Cake Goodness

Mr. Charlestown Culinary has such pressure this time of year. His wife's birthday followed the next day by Valentine's Day. Fortunately for him, my friend Mitti helped relieve some of the pressure by baking this delicious birthday cake -- which we devoured last night.
